GRILLED HALLOUMI SALAD WITH WHITE BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE
I am simply a huge fan of salads. I can always tell how good a restaurant is going to be if they can pull off a solid salad. Every salad starts with a good dressing and when you have that packed down the rest is very easy! I usually shop most of the time at Cheese Boutique and visit my good friend Afrim. We’re Balkan kids, what can I say!
WINTER ANTIPASTI
One of my favourite antipasti plates in the winter. Instead of the melon with prosciutto. I’m a huge fan of the persimmon fruit which is usually in season from fall to winter. Usually grown in Brazil, China, Korea & Spain. To finish off the dish I drizzle tons of olive oil, garnish with tons of truffle, Manchego cheese & castelfranco. Super simple & beautiful. Also if you would love to impress the family and the guests just shave some black truffles on it!!
PANETTONE FRENCH TOAST
I’m a huge fan of french toast on a Sunday morning. I feel like it’s the best treat I can give myself for a well deserved Sunday off. Instead of the old boring day old bread I’m a fan of spicing things up using panettone, babka or cinnamon brioche bread.
